Why is the composition of the fabric of the PARENT'S HOODIE different depending on the color?

You may not know it, but if cotton fiber is dyed, it is not the case for polyester. This explains the mottled effect, which is in fact a difference in reaction to dyeing between cotton and polyester yarns.

This is why polyester is needed to obtain a mottled effect.
