All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

**If you buy on love-radius.com, you get an extra year — 3 years of warranty in total.** 

Bought your baby carrier in a store or somewhere else? No worries: create an account on love-radius.com and add your carrier to your baby carrier library to unlock that extra year.

Please note that the warranty is non-transferable: in case of a defect, the replacement request must be made by the person who originally purchased the new product.
