Are the headrest and hood UV-protective?

Our headrests are specially designed to offer optimal safety for your child. They support the head gently, without ever pressing it against the wearer, ensuring the airways stay perfectly clear and visibility remains safe.

In addition, our headrests provide partial UV protection. However, for full UV protection, only a cap / hat is truly effective, because the head naturally moves inside the headrest, and rays can get in from the sides, whatever fabric is used. That said, a cap is still an essential accessory that you should always bring with you when heading out.
