The short answer: yes, in the vast majority of cases!

Their double-adjustment shoulder straps let you pull in both directions to adjust the length — which is really handy because we don’t all have the same angles or the same ease reaching a strap behind our back.


Do you have a fuller chest? Don’t panic. Sometimes all it takes is shifting baby slightly on your chest — a little higher, lower, to the right or to the left — to find the right physiological position again. The goal stays the same: baby’s pelvis, spine and head nicely aligned, without ending up in a "comma" shape.


Are you slim or petite? If even with the shoulder straps tightened all the way you feel like it’s lacking support, try crossing them at the back. It really makes a difference.
