# Naps are 100% babywearing, is that ok?

We understand that baby prefers to be warm and rocked during naps! sleep at night is often very different from sleep during the day! If it's ok for you, everything is ok! As long as you remember to alternate the supports, possibly changing your position or turning your head to one side or the other!
