Procedures and deadlines for return for exchange or refund

When ordering on our site, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to make a request for return to the email address sav@love-radius.com

The return is taken care of by our services for a return from metropolitan France with a prepaid slip.

When returning an item, it must be :

correctly folded (for the wrap/sling, the edges must not be rolled)
not washed
not worn
with the original packaging complete
