# Which carrying method should I choose if I am heavy build?

We advise you several means of carrying according to your needs:

- The [Original JPMBB](https://love-radius.com/en/baby-wrap-the-jpmbb-original-5) wrap which is longer than the [BASIC](https://love-radius.com/en/baby-wrap-basic-37) (length needed to make a good basic knot before putting baby on). If necessary, you can always finish your knot in the back instead of in the front.

- The [PhysioCarrier](https://love-radius.com/en/baby-carrier-physiocarrier-46) will be interesting with its bi-directional adjustment that adapts to all morphologies and gives more length to the straps. Fully unrolled, the PhysioCarrier's shoulder strap is about 152cm long compared to about 116cm for the HoodieCarrier 2. (see video below).

- The [No Knot Little Wrap XL](https://love-radius.com/en/ring-sling-little-wrap-without-a-knot-18), ideal for carriers over 110kg :)
