Why pay so much for pieces of fabric?

A quality sling or baby carrier is expensive, precisely because it is not a simple piece of fabric: the material is important to guarantee a comfortable and safe carrying (for example our wrap are stretch with a star-shaped elasticity (both length/width/diagonal) to allow a good support and to fit baby's body.

And if you are really hesitating because of the price, why not put the baby carrier on the birth list?
