Should I think about the strong shoulder to carry on the back or on the side?

For a back or side carry, you need to find out which is your strong hip; the one you like to sit on when you hold your baby. It doesn't have to be the same side as your strong shoulder. You'll need to look at your habits before you start carrying on your side or on your back.
