How can I get more support in the shoulder straps of a baby carrier (slim people, round shoulders)

If you are small / skinny.  If even with a tight fit you feel that the straps are too loose or that you don't have enough support, you can cross the straps over your back. This is how you can do it with the PhysioCarrier/HoodieCarrier 1 & 2.

This also applies to people who need to have the straps closer to their neck or those who have round shoulders with slippery straps.
